Therefore, it’s difficult for core teams to recruit savvy members without a fair amount of initial capital. Even when core teams want to share the stock or options as compensation, they can not share long-term-incentive with project members swiftly, globally nor at a low-cost.Current fundraising solutions for new products/services are not globally oriented and are usually slow. Additionally, some people can not accept payments because they are unable to open bank accounts or are unable to make a promise as a public record.
