Representatives of Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Armenia have joined a broad class action suit against banning the advertisement of Cryptocurrencies

Now to Euroasian Investment Bank are joining cryptocurrency’s space players cryptocurrency space from three countries: Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Armenia. Switzerland is presented by Innmind company that unites investors and startups, Armenia –by the Association of developers, and Kazakhstan – by representatives of the local cryptocurrency industry, as Bitcoin.com informs.
The Members of Euroasian Investment Bank intend to file a class-action lawsuit against the large corporations which have decided to limit the announcements related to cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency’s projects. Social networks Facebook and LinkedIn, Google search engines, Yandex and Twitter have made the corresponding statements or just began to block such kind of advertizing this year.
The claim will be sent to New York State Supreme Court next month, the president of the Russian cryptocurrencies and blockchain association Yury Pripachkin has reported. Also further claims would be taken in future in other states,including the states where above-mentioned companies have been registered.
The Association is represented by the new fund that was registered in Luxembourg. The fund accepts donations which to cover the cost of proceedings. Work of lawyers will be paid by means which arrives to the cryptocurrency’s wallet registered in Estonia.
