The Dutch authorities thinking about risks of growth on the cryptocurrency market

The official calls attention to the need to inadequately small time remaining in regulators’ hands on drawing conclusions and to make expert opinions concerning the changing world of digital economy. At last, the main problem consists in unavailability to the current situation of the supervising and legislative base.
Because of "cosmopolitan " of the cryptocurrency market, all regulation may only happen at the broader,of international level.
In view of this situation, Hoekstra is counting on the all-European regulation of branch that, however, will take a lot of time, and nobody know on what stage of development to be the world of cryptocurrencies by the time of adoption of any international laws.
Nevertheless, the Dutch Ministry of Finance stressed that the cryptocurrency market isn’t bad, and technologies that was created on its basis, certainly, need to be supported and advanced in masses. But at the same time we must keep in mind the increased risks of financial and technical character which are unavoidable because of the youth of institute of cryptocurrencies and according to low people awareness of this branch and its risks.
The minister is suggesting to allocate several basic points upon which to base the policy of risks regulation of the crypto-industry:
Obvious problems of consumer and investors protection issues. Unity of a financial system which now is not present.Support of innovative technologies on the basis of cryptocurrencies, including cryptography and technology of the distributed register (DLT).Creation of an international common concept at the international level. The minister emphasized that this should not be a question of the ban of cryptocurrencies, particularly in view of their elusiveness as they have no borders. It is only necessary to bring them under rules of international law. This subject will be discussed at a G20 summit where together with Holland the idea of the legislative base of cryptocurrencies will be defended by the Finance Ministries of France and Germany. However Holland, obviously, applies for the leading positions in the solution of this question.
Hoekstra expressed the hope to find a solution with all issues connected with legislative regulation of the cryptocurrency market, already by the end of 2019.
“In addition,I predict the adoption of adjustments to the fourth anti-money launder directive” of the European Union. Which will protect the states from non-payment of taxes".
This directive provides new parameters of prevention of money launder and financial terrorism.
Although,Hoekstra’s message it’s a the form of a simple recommendation, it in an explicit form shows tendencies to which Holland and the majority of the countries of Europe and the Western world concerning the cryptomarket will adhere.
