Information about ICO

If the reserves of the Incubator are less than 80% of the gross amount contributed by the Issuer to the Incubator, then at least the lesser of 25% of Proceeds or $20 million will be used to maintain capital reserves in the Incubator for reinvestment. Of the remaining Proceeds, 70% will be used to purchase SCI Tokens in the open market (which may be done directly by the Incubator or by the Issuer in compliance with applicable law) and 30% will be distributed to the GP in its capacity as general partner of the Incubator.
