ReceiptChain describes itself as a marketplace and record tracking platform. ReceiptChain reportedly allows anyone to transfer ownership records of physical or digital goods. ReceiptChain aims to provide a market place for goods and services using Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ReceiptCoin.
ReceiptChain is it's own blockchain using the Ethereum software so it has all the same smart contracts and compatibility. ReceiptCoin is our base unit. We make periodic commits of our block hashes into the Ethereum main net to guarantee our history remains unchanged. Assets are transferred via bridge software and smart contracts. Every asset on ReceiptChain can be transfered to the Ethereum main net and used in any DAPP. Each 1 ReceiptCoin represents 1 ReceiptCoin on both networks.
