Azerbaijan begins a way to cryptocurrencies regulations

The Center has been founded at the meeting with the involvement of relevant stakeholders which has established guidelines for it future activity.
"The Plan of activities of the Centre includes educational works, Proposal of questions for regulation of cryptocurrencies and a blockchain market and also providing consultancy services in this sphere. At the same will be organized free cryptocurrencies and a blockchain trainings for representatives of the media we just want to be sure that the information according to this industry would be presented in a positive light. " — Gyunduz has told.
Moreover, the Center will cooperate with foreign experts in this sphere and will prepare a proposal for the companies and banks on the use of blockchain technology and also preparation for ICO.
"It should also be explored the experience of neighbouring countries, which have made progress in this area and countries with the appropriate infrastructure and an ecosystem" — Othman Gyunduz has noted.
Should be reminded that in September 2016 one of the leading lawyers of Azerbaijan Akram Gasanov has said that it’d take at least 10-15 years at creating of the state cryptocurrency in the country.
