Northern Bitcoin AG Launches Air-Cooled Mobile Mining Containers

This solution is ideal for places with year-round cold climate. As it was mentioned in the company's press release, such mobile solutions will provide the industry with an efficient and developed infrastructure.

The company's specialists carried large-scale testing of the new product at their plant in Frankfurt, although the mining facilities are located in Norway.

The device works by the following principle: cold air is taken in from the outside and filtered through special slats that are installed on the outer walls, and then warm air goes out from the opposite wall of the container. Fan performance varies and is controlled by temperature sensors.

Technology Director Moritz Jäger said the container solution offers a revolutionary approach to mining BTC at a low cost. He added that the air-cooled solution is appropriate year-round in cold places where electricity prices are low.
