Poloniex Stops Serving US Citizens and Reduces Fees to 0%

As part of the exit from Circle, the exchange terminates all trading operations for American customers from November 1, 2019.
Earlier we wrote that Poloniex announced the delisting of 23 illiquid trading pairs. The changes affected pairs that include Litecoin, Monero, Ethereum altcoins, as well as USDT and USDC stablecoins.
