THORChain is a decentralised liquidity network that uses a chain-agnostic bridge protocol alongside continuous liquidity pools (CLPs) to create incentivised, always-on liquidity for users to trustlessly swap any asset across any chain. THORChain can bridge to almost all major UTXO, account and contract-based assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, their code-forks as well as their tokens using threshold signatures. The RUNE token is the native token of the ecosystem and is used as the liquidity asset in all liquidity pools. Users stake RUNE alongside other assets (like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero) to earn on liquidity pools. The deeper the liquidity pool the less slip experienced by traders swapping assets.
