Bakkt has Officially Launched Bitcoin Futures Trading

Representatives of this platform announced the news on their official Twitter account. As they said, the first deal was occurred at 20:02 ET at a rate of $10,115.

‘Bakkt Bitcoin futures are actively trading on ICE Futures US, while Bakkt Warehouse continues to accept deposits in bitcoins. We take customer confidence seriously and are happy to serve this market,’ — added Bakkt representatives.

At the time of writing, the total trading volume of BTC-futures on the Bakkt platform was 18 BTC. The current rate of the first cryptocurrency is $9950.
