Ban on crypto investments for bank employees in Denmark

We filed suit because of the principle that everyone obviously has a private life and the right to act as a private individual
The hearing took place on December 2, but the judge ruled in favor of the defense and dismissed the lawsuit saying the ban was “forbuddet ikke er mere indgribende end nødvendigt af hensyn til formålet”.
As a result, 30 thousand Nordea Denmark employees are banned from the opportunity to invest in financial assets, which could be a breakthrough for the next decade.
