Ethereum planning to reduce Issuance by 10 times in 2021

The decline in cryptocurrency emissions will occur only after abandoning the Proof-of-Work algorithm, on which it works now. According to journalists from Trustnodes, this will require a transitional period, during which smart contracts and other tools will be transferred to the Beacon-chain with sharding support. After that, developers will need several years to develop an ecosystem that can move to Proof-of-Stake.

Drake did not explain the validity of his plan, most likely due to the fact that the Ethereum Foundation has not yet made a final decision. At the moment, the blockchain platform is entering an experimental stage, so many user questions remain unanswered.

In an attempt to solve the problem of lack of privacy Ethereum, developer Kendrick Tan created a mixing service for the second most capitalized cryptocurrency.

The basis of its development called Heiswap formed the basic specifications for such a service, described by Vitalik Buterin in May of this year. The mixer itself is available on the Ropsten test network at heiswap.exchange, and as the founder of Ethereum already noted, this is a “cool project” created by an “accidental genius” that he has never heard of before.
