Moro says that Genesis needs some technologies, which were used in Qu Capital, to promote the business. For example, one of the patented products is an intelligent order routing system that helps transactions between cryptocurrency exchanges and investors.
After the acquisition, Genesis hired two of three founders of Qu Capital: Lucas Schuermann and Edward Yu, as well as one junior employee.

Genesis Trading Expands With Qu Capital Acquisition
